Jasmine Anouna is a passionate leader in social entrepreneurship and community building. She is the founder and CEO of The Bloom, a global platform launched in 2020 that connects over 40,000 social impact leaders. Starting as a small newsletter for 20 friends, The Bloom has grown organically into a worldwide community offering mentorship, resources, and events focused on social justice, feminism, and climate action.
Raised as the daughter of refugees and immigrants in Italy, Jasmine experienced systemic injustice firsthand, which shaped her determination to challenge inequality. Her career began in women’s rights and human rights advocacy, including work at the United Nations. Frustrated by institutional limits, she created The Bloom to build an accessible, inclusive network where changemakers thrive.
Jasmine is recognized as a UN SDG Goalkeeper and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in Social Impact in 2025. A sought-after speaker, she champions authentic leadership, intersectionality, and collaboration. Driven by innovation and a bold vision, Jasmine’s mission is to democratize social impact careers and nurture a global community that accelerates meaningful and lasting social change.
