Credo Advisory and WILD Network Partner for Women’s Global Leadership Forum

Credo Advisory was a media partner for the 2024 Women’s Global Leadership Forum organised by Women Innovators and Leaders Development (WILD) Network. The forum, which was held from May 7-9, 2024, commenced with the in-person Aiming High Symposium in Washington, DC, followed by virtual sessions on May 8 and 9.

The forum attracted over 4,000 attendees from diverse organisations, including FHI 360, Society for International Development (SID), Creative Associates, Abt Global, and many more, representing a global coalition dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and empowerment.

As media partners, Credo Advisory provided essential pre-event support, including social media promotion and publicity. We amplified the forum’s key messaging through targeted and strategic communication campaigns, reaching a broad audience to encourage meaningful conversations on critical issues impacting women’s leadership worldwide.
The WILD Forum featured four themes: “Leading Yourself” for personal leadership development, “Leading Your Team” for enhancing managerial skills, “Leading Organizations” for executive leaders to gain actionable insights, and “Leading Sector Transformation” for building influence in development and humanitarian aid. Each track offered sessions designed to equip participants with the skills, awareness, and tools needed for impactful leadership.

One of the event’s highlights was the community conversations, which covered storytelling, women’s empowerment, leadership, and lifelong education. Awele Okigbo, Credo Advisory’s Founder/CEO, led a session on ‘Sharing Success Stories,’ providing insights on harnessing storytelling to inspire, educate, connect, and drive impact. This session underscores Credo Advisory’s commitment to fostering inclusive communities and empowering women to reach their full potential.

“We are proud to support the inclusive women’s community that WILD is building through leadership development and collaboration,” remarked Awele Okigbo.
