On January 30, 2025, Credo Advisory attended the Nigeria Goalkeepers Community Mixer, a gathering of changemakers committed to accelerating progress toward the SDGs. The event brought together passionate leaders from various sectors, creating a platform for networking, idea-sharing, and forging strategic partnerships.
As members of the Gates Foundation Goalkeepers network, attendees recognise that sustainable development is not a solo effort—it requires collective action. The gathering served as a reminder that while individual contributions may seem small, they are part of a movement striving for global change.
One key takeaway from the discussions was the importance of breaking silos and fostering collaboration to minimise resource leakage and maximise impact. Participants emphasised that development efforts must be strategic, inclusive, and community-driven to be effective.
