Partnering for Impact: Six Years with UKNIAF

Credo Advisory joined partners, government representatives, and sector leaders at the UKNIAF End-of-Project Close-Out Event, Exploring Six Years of Catalysing Transformational Change. The gathering offered a meaningful moment of reflection, highlighting the reforms, milestones, and innovative delivery models that have strengthened Nigeria’s infrastructure landscape. Across every conversation, one message remained clear: Nigeria’s infrastructure gap is too vast for any single institution to close. Consistent, intentional, and sustained Collaboration, continues to be the driving force behind meaningful progress.

For six years, Credo Advisory has served as a dedicated communications partner to UKNIAF, providing strategic communications support, high-level event coverage, content development, social media advisory, and technical expertise that helped amplify the programme’s work and strengthen public understanding of its contributions. From system strengthening to pioneering models in transport, power, and infrastructure finance, UKNIAF’s work represents a legacy of collaboration that will endure long beyond the programme’s lifecycle.

Beyond the core programme, Credo also supported several UKNIAF-led initiatives aimed at expanding participation and strengthening networks across Nigeria’s infrastructure ecosystem. This included communications support for the Women on the Grid Hub, a growing network of women professionals in the on-grid power sector. Credo provided branding and marketing support for the WATTS With the Grid podcast, supported mentoring events and created digital assets that elevated the Hub’s visibility.

The close-out event brought together government partners, technical experts, and development actors who reflected not only on what had been achieved but also on what must come next to sustain momentum. Speakers shared heartfelt remarks about the partnerships that made the work possible, underscoring the value of collective effort and evidence-driven solutions. Their reflections served as a reminder that transformative change occurs when institutions align around a shared vision and commit to consistent action.

As UKNIAF closes this chapter, its impact remains embedded in the systems it strengthened, the innovations it introduced, and the partnerships it nurtured.
