Amplifying Women in Energy
Through UKNIAF’s Women on the Grid Hub (WOTGH), Credo Advisory drove visibility for women leaders in Nigeria’s on-grid power sector. The Hub connects women in policy, regulation, and technical roles, advocating for gender mainstreaming across the energy value chain.
Strategy & Execution
Credo developed tailored communication assets, including the “WATTS with the Grid Hub” podcast, visual storytelling content, and digital campaigns celebrating professional milestones of Hub members. The team also managed mentorship event communications, designing materials, producing videos, and coordinating media engagement, all aimed at enabling authentic narratives about women’s leadership and participation.
Outcome
The project enhanced WOTGH’s digital presence and positioned it as a credible platform advancing gender equity in the energy sector. Professional storytelling and media visibility helped attract partnerships and inspired broader advocacy for women’s representation in energy governance and in STEM.
