Credo Advisory attended the monthly session of the Power Sector Communications Team (PSCT) on March 21st, 2018. The meeting was hosted by the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA).
The meeting objectives were to;
Conduct reviews of power sector agency activities and updates in the past month
Review and obtain feedback on the storyboard creatives developed for the Power Sector Recovery Programme (PSRP) nationwide sensitization campaign.
Obtain power sector MDA’s alignment to the campaign’s communication strategy
Chief Executive, Credo Advisory, Awele Okigbo presented the storyboards developed by the PSRP public relations firm. The storyboards are still in the development stages and the review with power sector MDAs ensures alignment on power sector messaging .
The PSCT was founded by Awele Okigbo in 2013. It is the communications vehicle of Nigeria’s Ministry of Power, Works and Housing and is made up of heads of the communications department of eleven (11) power sector agencies. The team is now being managed by the Senior Special Adviser, Communications, to the Minister of Power, Works and Housing.
Awele is the Chief Communications Consultant for Nigeria’s Power Sector Recovery Programme.
