Credo Advisory facilitated the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) Knowledge Management & Communications (KMC) masterclass for State Health Education Officers (SHEOs).
The August 3rd training in Kaduna was part of our support to the Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) implementation activities. It was designed to equip nationwide State Health Education Officers (SHEO) with basic strategies, resources and best practices for knowledge management. Other workshop attendees included representatives from the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) and implementing partners.
The participants identified effective knowledge management systems as a persistent challenge in their organizations and benefitted from the training tips for adopting and maintaining a knowledge management culture in the BHCPF programme. Specifically, the Bauchi State Health Education Officer emphasized that an improved knowledge management system would safeguard the progress and experiences from their health interventions.
Credo Advisory is committed to supporting governments and development partners in advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing communications advisory services and interventions.
