Credo Advisory Highlights Publicity Strategies for the Bureau of Public Service Reforms

The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) aims to improve awareness of its reform achievements in the Nigerian public service. At a meeting at the BPSR corporate office in Abuja on July 20, Communications Manager Sanumi Dawodu emphasised strategies to improve the Bureau’s communications efforts in promoting the impact of its reform agenda.

Established in 2004, the agency drives critical reforms across the public service. It aims to bridge the gap between government and the public with publicity campaigns and integrate federal activities at the state level.

Mr. Dawodu applauded the Bureau’s efforts in launching critical reform policies for Federal Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). However, he emphasised the need for more publicity and engagement surrounding these successes.

Mr. Dasuki Ibrahim Arabi, BPSR Director General, cited the significance of collaborating with Credo Advisory. He added, “Working with organisations such as Credo Advisory is necessary to ensure that information officers understand their roles and responsibilities in information dissemination to the public and publicising the activities of BPSR.”
