Fostering Energy Reform
Credo Advisory was contracted by the UK Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF) to deliver communications and technical support for its power sector workstream. Our technical assistance included brand development, strategy development, event communications and media relations.
Strategy & Execution
Credo designed creative event materials, including delegate packs, event materials, and video highlights, and coordinated robust media partnerships. The designed materials reflected both technical depth and accessibility, advancing the understanding of energy sector reforms. Our team was integral to the success of the 2023 Electricity Act Roundtable. Organized jointly by the Nigeria Governors Forum and the British High Commission, the event convened policymakers and energy industry leaders to discuss state-level implementation of the new Electricity Act, a landmark reform expanding power access and decentralization.
Outcome
The programme gained strong national visibility and stakeholder support across the public and private. Credo’s communications framework helped shape a more informed national conversation on electricity reform, promoting collaboration among power sector operatives and federal and state actors.
